If I skip out on milk at breakfast time, I spend the rest of the day craving it so hardcore. Therefore, I must ensure not a single day passes without me getting some ice cold milk into my body. There are several key reasons for this:
- How else did I enjoy a successful professional wrestling career? Um…
- And how else did I find my way to Hollywood? Wha?…
- And without milk how did I ever become a box-office, action star, cash cow? But...
- And if not for milk, how would I have rescued that adorable cat from a tree in my pajamas? [scratches head]
That’s right, kids, I became international superstar and got milk? poster boy The Rock thanks to countless glasses of protein-rich, ice cold milk! Okay, now that’s just ridiculous.
What? You doubt my claims? Hmmm. Okay, you caught me in a teeny-weensy little lie. You may want to sit down for this.
I’m not The Rock.
I’ll issue a formal press release in the morning.
I’m just an American dad who also happens to be Super Milk Man. Yep, this much is true. I might not have the dashing good looks, bubbly charisma, sculpted body, back account balance, or notoriety of The Rock but with the protein-packed awesomeness of milk — 8 grams in every 8 ounce glass — and the help of my non-verbal sidekick Super Milk Tabby Cat, I save the world my daughters from beverage crime each and every morning at the breakfast table. And that ain’t too shabby, you know, as superheroes go.
My girls and I start every single day with ice cold milk. For realsy. It gives us the fuel to rock 4th grade, 1st grade, and, what is it that I do again? Oh yeah, write about milk! And other stuff too 😉
Here’s a look at Super Milk Tabby Cat and I fueling up with milk with our breakfast after a long evening of battling beverage baddies.
*I’m working with The National Milk Mustache “got milk?” Campaign and have been financially compensated by Life of Dad, LLC for this post. I may win a trip to meet the real The Rock in a giveaway from Life of Dad. Crazy. All opinions expressed above are honest and unbiased, as always. #MilkWins
