When do I post about educational message songs? Hardly ever, actually. But when the music is as good as it is on “Turtle Ate A Jelly” I make an exception. Plus, I freakin’ hate plastic bags.
This Caribbean island joint from the Banana Slug String Band’s 2011 album “Only One Ocean” will have you swaying and singing all the way to the beach, ooooor, more likely, all the way to the grocery store with your reusable shopping bags by your side.
