With The Great Holtzie hosting and performing his stand up comedy for kids in between sets by kindie greats The Pop Ups, Secret Agent 23 Skidoo (both of whom have outstanding new albums!), and Philly local act The Plants, the Baby Loves Disco Family Fun Fest on Saturday June 9th at The Electric Factory is a family event not to be missed.
There will also be 20 great Philly food trucks, juggling, sock puppet making, lessons in cartooning/illustrating, DJs, break dancing, regular kinds of dancing; in total 5 uproarious hours of family fun unlike anything you’ve experienced.
Tickets at $25 per person or $80 for a family of four ain’t cheap but this is an all day affair so putting it into perspective, okay it is still a lot of coin, but c’mon it’ll be so worth it! Plus, 5% of all proceeds go directly to Alex’s Lemonade Stand.
