OWTK was lucky enough to be in the audience for the live Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could concert taping at XM Radio’s D.C. studio yesterday. The hour long set features many songs from “Love Me For Who I Am”, including “Picky Eater”, “Who Wants To Wear Shoes?”, “I Don’t Like Change” and the gorgeous “Bein’ With You”. Rymer also played a new, unreleased tune called “Ice Cream Girl” about his wife and her former occupation driving a Good Humor Ice Cream truck. We’ve seen Brady play this live a couple times with Bridget Rymer in the audience and the love between them is so obvious and touching to witness. Plus, it’s a double scoop of sweetness as a kid’s rock-n-roll song.
