WE KIDS ROCK “STINK BUG”
“Stink Bug” isn’t the best of the five songs on the impressive new We Kids Rock “5 Songs…” EP, but with temperatures hovering at or near 60 degrees as the non-exactly-a-real-winter thaw begins in earnest here on the Eastern seaboard, the critters who didn’t seem to exist when I was a child are starting to take refuge in my archways, on my curtains, and, most unfortunately, on our bedspreads. Yeah, it is nearly stink bug season and therefore, this song from the PA-based band will never be more appropriate.
If we have to deal with those little bastard insects, at least we now have a rockin’ song to sing while squishing ’em all Spring and Summer long.
