I swear I’m not going to post these every single day.
Many morning commutes to school feature a ton of repeats which would be most certainly not fun for you to read or for me to write. Today though? Totally different set of tunes than yesterday, and a good set it was.
Take a look:
- Seussical Original Cast Recording “Oh, The Thinks You Can Think” – requested by the Bear.
- Middle Brother “Blue Eyes” – along with the Sharon Jones song from yesterday, this is the Bear’s other obsession.
- April Smith & the Great Picture Show “Colors” – it took till the 2nd verse, but the words came back to the Bear who has seen April Smith live, but hasn’t heard this song in months.
- Middle Brother “Middle Brother” – requested by the Mouse (she likes the line “I got a big, big mouth just won’t shut up”)
- Lunch Money “Are You A Rabbit?” – a classic.
- Mister G “The Luckiest Kid in the World” – maybe the best chorus to ever hear a child sing.
- Joanie Leeds & the Nightlights “Big Blue Whale” – the Mouse and I sat in the parking lot of her daycare singing the chorus of this together pretending we were sharing a microphone. Super cute.
