The Vista, Carnival’s newest vessel, which is on the European seas right now for only its 2nd ever sailing, has upped the ante on luxurious accommodations for this historically affordable cruise line. While still a decidedly populus brand, Carnival continues to explore the upper crust side of its evolving personality with the lush Carnival Vista Havana Suites, bringing a slice of Cuba to you whether you’re sailing to Athens or the Bahamas.
The Carnival Vista Havana Suites each feature a massive top-shelf hotel-quality bathroom with double his & her sinks and huuuge walk-in shower with marble seat, an oceanview deck patio with an extremely comfortable swing chair, lounge chair and cushioned chair with ottoman, and a full desk and chair in a ‘living room’ sitting area separated from the bedroom by a half wall of wooden shutters in the style of the island nation from which it takes its name.
All the Havana Cuban Suites are situated in the same portion of the Carnival Vista and work together to frame a private daytime lounge serving breakfast in the AM and tapas at lunch, and an infinity-style pool out the back of the ship. *after 5pm the lounge and pool become available to all passengers.
The Carnival Vista Havana Suites have a minimum age of 12, so families with young children will want to look into the Vista’s Family Harbor cabins (review and photos coming soon!) for their next Carnival cruise.
In short, the Carnival Vista Havana Suites are super duper dreamy and luxurious.
