I’ve had a brilliant three month run of travel that began in a Toyota Prius V and a Hilton Garden Inn in November, continued around either side of the New Year in Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Legoland and with a Spartan Rose Bowl victory, before quick January stops in L.A. for the Grammy Awards, New Orleans for the Dad 2.0 Summit, and then wrapping up this month with a family visit to NYC to hang with friends and mingle at Toy Fair.
Phew.
Believe it or not, despite countless convenience store pit stops, airport meals, and on-the-go snacking, I’ve lost weight during this time. How? Lots and lots of running, and following these three simple tips (most of the time!) while traveling.
