We’re taking the girls to New York City in early May to see the Cuyahoga Valley Youth Ballet perform Fancy Nancy. That’s right, Jane O’Connor’s monolith creation of elegance in the form of a precocious (that’s a fancy word for mature) little girl now comes in ballet form.
The Ohio-based youth ballet troupe is performing Fancy Nancy first at the Akron Civic Center on March 13th and 14th, then traveling to the Big Apple for a pair of Symphony Space performances of the Fancy Nancy Ballet on Saturday May 8th.
