Kindiefest 2010

How fast is the kids and family music genre growing you ask?  Consider Kindiefest (formerly, the poorly named Stinkfest).  In 2009, the world’s 1st and only family music conference was a 1 day affair, held in an intimate Brooklyn club called Jalopy.  In 2010, the event, hell let’s just call it an extravaganza, has moved to brand new 6200-square foot digs and will be stretched out over a 3-day weekend (4/30-5/2) culminating with an open-to-the-public concert featuring some of the best kid’s acts working today.

Kindiefest even has a keynote address this year…just the word ‘keynote’ sounds grandiose.

If you’re in any way associated with kid’s music – band, blogger, writer, PR rep, band manager, promoter, club owner – or would like to be involved, Kindiefest has something to offer you.  The networking opportunities alone are worth the price of admission.

Don’t take my word for it, listen to Ralph Covert, Brady Rymer, Tor Hyams and others tell you how amazing Kindiefest is:

Kindiefest early bird registration opens today, at discounted rates.  Become a “fan” of Kindiefest on Facebook and/or bookmark this site to get all the updates.

Even though the space is bigger this year, it’s still limited – so register early (and save some dough)!

See you in Brooklyn!
