As we prepared for our 3-week cross country road trip, connecting the dots between a variety of cities and sights, and calculating the drive times from one hotel to the next, I remained pretty wide open to any idea, pit stop and route. The only spot in the nation where I wouldn’t budge was Southern Utah. I simply had to see and experience the National Parks of Utah, namely Bryce Canyon, Zion and Arches. Utah travel had to be a part of our trip. Period.
