The nominees for the 2012 Grammy Award for Best Children’s Album have been announced. And before you read which five records got selected let me remind you that the 2011 Fids & Kamily Awards were announced a couple weeks back and will always be more indicative of the quality in modern recordings for families. And I truly do not mean that as a slap in the face to any of the names below. But c’mon. Dan Zanes releases a fantastic album and HE doesn’t get a nod?
