Robbie Schaefer “Fits Right In”

Robbie Schaefer is maybe best known as the Music Director of, and on-air personality for, XM Radio’s Kids Place Live.
Did you know that he’s also an established musician and songwriter for both kids and adults?

While his 2006 all-ages debut CD, “Songs For Kids Like Us”, is likely still a staple in the music rotation of many families, that album’s intended audience has since moved from toddlerhood to grade school. Yep, fans of Schaefer’s kiddie music have been waiting that long for something new.

If Schaefer’s new single “Fits Right In” is any indication, his music has grown up too. “Fits Right In” fits right in with the up-tempo, story-centric pop-rock of a Justin Roberts (even including a jungle gym reference) and Jim “Mr. Stinky Feet” Cosgrove. This new tune is an ode to independent thinking, dressing and living, and the courage needed for, and developed while, making those choices – only my very favorite message I provide to my own kids! It’s perfect for children ages 3-8.
