Eating Right On The Road

Aside from the day before Thanksgiving and the week preceding (or following) Christmas, the night before a road trip may be the single dumbest time to decide to eat better.

Yet that is exactly what I am setting out to do as we embark on Summer Road Trip ’12.  Because I am THAT dumb. And because I’ve been eating like a swine recently.  It’s either shape up or ship in a trough.

Sneakers and gym shorts are packed, and I’m sincerely hoping to refrain from uttering the phrase ‘pass the Pringles!’ over the coming days.
