Billy Kelly has released the first single from “Is This Some Kind of Joke?”, his forthcoming sophomore all-ages album.

The song, “I Say I’m Trying To Decide”, is now available for download from CDBaby.com for pennies (99 of them, to be precise). It sounds fantastic and features Billy’s offbeat silliness.  Can’t wait to hear the whole album.  Check out the single here then try to decide if you want to buy it..
