Listen to 5 New Recess Monkey Songs

Starting this Friday, the Seattle kindie rock trio Recess Monkey will begin to unwrap “The Final Funktier”.  They’ve coordinated a radio premier weekend involving 5 new songs and 5 kid’s radio stations in 3 days.

Here’s the schedule for “The Final Funktier” radio premier weekend.

• Friday, 3/26: Zooglobble Radio: “Constellation Conga”

• Friday, 3/26, 5pm EST/2pm PST: XM Radio Kids Place Live’s Absolutely Mindy Live!: “Jet Pack”

• Saturday 3/27 8-10am EST: Spare the Rock Spoil the Child: “How Do You Build a Robot”

• Saturday 3/27 8-10am EST: Saturday Morning Cereal Bowl: “Ukulalien”

• Sunday 3/28: Gooneybird Kids: “My Brother is a Satellite”

I’ve been lucky enough to hear all of these tunes – they’re amazing, especially “Constellation Conga”, “Jet Pack”, “How Do You Build A Robot”, “Ukulalien”, and “My Brother is a Satellite” – hey, that’s all 5 of ‘em!
