My young children rock out to this collection. They are always asking for the upbeat, witty songs like Cozey and Cranky Mama. But I have to admit that I can't part with this CD either. I'm amazed by Geis's breadth, her confidence across so many genres, and the thought that she has put into every tune and lyric. I turn it on even when the kids aren't in the car and find myself crooning happily to the slower, sadder songs like Tidal Wave, Two Homes, and Mama's Goin Green. Fantastically clever. Extended Playdate is quite the find. Amen, Jeff!
